My pair of mute swans are just now 3 years old. They made several attempts at building a nest and I saw then in a mating act once. The male became somewhat aggressive and them within a week lost interest. Since that time, the female had been avoiding him, spending all her time in pond 2 while he spends him time on pond 1.

I don't think she has left the pond for at least 3 days. I can't decide if she is sick or depressed. It does appear that she is drinking alot. Any suggestions?
