i Just want to give an update on the swan from a little lake in the state of Michigan that we thought had a broken leg. Well come to find out the male swan was shot with an arrow. We got the arrow out, and the swan seems to be doing great. He moves his foot like he knows what to do with it he just can't put all of his weight on it yet. The hole where the arrow went through looks good not all yucky. So hopefully with all the love and support that we are giving this swan he will heal and be able to live out his long life. It just takes a little caring and its amazing that the swan knows that you are there to help. He has about 3 or 4 more months to heal before he has to take flight for his winter home.
