Thanks for the information. They seemed to be a little better together yesterday. We had brought some dried leaves and small twigs and a little bit of straw and sprinkled it around in the area where they made a nest last year and they were both in there together yesterday working like a team. We are 99% sure that we have a male and female and last year, even though we didn't get any eggs at all, they went through the entire process of building a nest and displaying. Romeo was only about 3 years old last season, now he's 4 years old. So we are hopeful that we will have a couple of cygnets this year. We'll keep a close watch on them and will let you know what happens next. Thanks again for your info and I love this website!
