You might try a local rehabilitation center, but Michigan wildlife officials are now culling (killing) the mute swans, including stomping the young birds to death. So, you may have to ask discreetly around to see if someone might try to save the young bird. Do you know how old it is? It needs to be pinioned (rendered unable to fly between 1-3 weeks of age). So finding someone quickly is of paramount importance. We are going to contact Bob Knox, Knox Swans and Dogs out of Illinois to see if he might be interested in the young bird. The Regal Swan
