My swans are laying eggs in the cold......

I have a 5+ year old pair of Black Swans I purchased this winter.
They have started making a nest, and now have laid the first egg.
I am in NC and it is still the middle of winter. They raised young last year ...... what are the chances that these eggs will survive?
What should I do? Thanks
