You need to get the cygnet to a licensed veterinarian immediately. Any delay and the leg may not be able to be repaired. In waterfowl, this is an extremely detrimental injury. Left unattended, this injury can result in death. The veterinarian will need to determine how bad the fracture is and if it can be fixed. Again, expert veterinary medical care is critical.
