Hi Andy:

If the swans are in the U.S., then there are 3 flyways. West down to Arizona, Midwest down to Mississippi and East down to North Carolina. Of course, all of this is up to the individual swans, the weather (if they can go further south or if the weather is warm enough that they do not have to go as far) and also, which migratory path their parents taught them.

If in Europe, most go west toward the U.K. Obviously, if they are captive, they do not migrate and are left to their caretakers to make arrangements for their winter housing. The Regal Swan
