Yes, you need to get her to an avian/waterfowl veterinarian for an exam and treatment if necessary. Her neck should be erect, if not it could mean some type of trauma due to injury, neurological due to illness or poisoning, or pain-check for egg impaction. Please let us know how she is doing.
