In Response To: Cygnet alone with no mother (John)

I live down on the bay side on the jersey shore and recently a baby swan has been hanging around where I live in the lagoon. I have been seeing it in the lagoon outside my house everyday for about two weeks and not once seen another swan near it. I have also started feeding it and so have some of my neighbors. Is there anything else I can do for it?
