We have 3 swans at an assisted living facility in a pond built for them. The female has laid 4 eggs and we have taken them to a lady to see if she can incubate and hatch since year after year they do not hatch. Once the eggs have hatched, can the signets be put back into the pond with the other 3 swans? Will the adult swans accept them? Also, what is the proper shelter for the swans? We had a pond built that has an enclosure around the entire pond so that nothing can get in and harm them, but for bad weather, whats the proper shelter? Hopefully babies should be hatched by end of May. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Thank You
Lori Jones
