Broken wing?

Hello,

I am attaching a picture of a swan I have just found outside of my home (I live next to a river in the UK). It appears to be missing a wing, but retains some of the wing bone structure? I'm quite worried about it and wondering what exactly is wrong/ if I can help to do anything. Any feedback would be appreciated!
