Yes, it is a sad issue. The courts had gotten involved years ago with injunctions filed, but as in many cases, state fish & wildlife commissions have been given the authority to take care of wildlife in their respective states. Unfortunately, some of these practices are based upon biases regarding what is feral and what is not feral and what damage is actually occurring versus what is theoretically occurring. So, we do not see a good resolution to this issue anytime in the near future. The Regal Swan
