Without seeing the swan, this is going to be a difficult determination. There could be several reasons for the beak discoloration and thin neck. The swan could be a cygnet (baby) or juvenile (teen) which has not completely developed in weight and color. The thinness could also indicate nutritional problems, parasites or infection. Again, without examining, weighing and taking a blood sample from the swan, diagnosis is problematic. The Regal Swan
