we have a mother father and small baby swan in our lake. the baby has gotten hurt by something and it's webbed foot is damaged, looks like the web is mutilated. Will this grow back and do you know of anyone in Raleigh, North Carolina USA who might come and doctor it? He can't put any weight on it, so when it comes to land, it's very hard for it to walk. We're not sure what happened and hate to see it suffer. We continue to feed them and hopefully it's getting some nourishment while recuperating. Picture is below.
