Hi Kristine:

We know that there are swans in the area so they may just not have been on your particular lake in the past. Due to the inclement weather conditions this year, swans may be migrating to areas that they normally do not visit due to decreased loss of migratory stations, stopovers or food supplies. Swans can migrate as far southwest as Arizona, Southeast as South Carolina, Georgia and even Florida. Enjoy the swans as they are indeed beautiful. The Regal Swan
