In Response To: Swan feeder height (Steve Keto)

Hello , We have a pair of mature captive mute swans on campus. We are replacing the winter feeder on the dock and I am curious is there a proper height above water level that the feeder should be placed. The dock does float so as water level changes the feeder should stay at about the same height above the water. Thank You
