Rescued Swan Can't Move - Looking for facility in Southern New York

While waking my dogs in the early morning of Feb. 3rd, I came upon a swan that was sitting in the snow on a walkway that runs across a local dam in Croton on Hudson, NY. Its head was up but it did not or could not move away when my dog was barking or when I approached it. It also did not seem able to lift its wings. I went back to the park 12 hours later in a snow storm and the swan was still in the same spot covered in snow. I threw it a few pieces of bread and it did eat.

Later that night we went back to the park, threw a blanket over it, and brought it home. It is currently in an outdoor kennel sitting inside a dog house. It is eating and taking water, but still seems to weak or injured to move about. When I approached the house in the morning the swan was sitting with its head up and it did hiss (which it had not done before.)

We can't seem to locate a local facility that can take this swan to help it get better. Do you know of a facility in Southern New York that can help out?
