In Response To: Strange behaviour from a pair of swans (Ella)

I saw one swan chasing another very fast forward this morning on the river. The chasing swan had its feathers all puffed up. They were still doing it when I got back about 5 hours later. This was on the Thames in London, England so I think the were mute swans. I would be very interested to learn what this behaviour meant. Does anyone know?
