We are a private community in D B, Florida. We have a few pairs of Mute Swans, which belong to our community.

Recently we noticed that there are 4 nesting sites with 4 eggs in each nest. Granted, they do not always all hatch, but how would or could we go about selling the "cygnets" once they hatch??

At what age point would you recommend separating them from their parents ???

I would appreciate any information that could assist us. It would be just too much of an expense for the community to support all of these swans. We do provide for the pairs that are here, as they were left and meant to be here from our developer many years ago.
