In Response To: Alone white swan in ocean bay (Pat)

for nearly a week a single white swan has been swimming alone in the ocean bay in cape cod. when a flock of geese swim by she or he tries to join in. I can't tell if she is lost or something happened to the mate. But it won't leave the area. I feel something is wrong. can you advise?
