Thank you for your reply. We have not seen them return to their nest as it was a mess. They had an offspring from last years clutch that has stayed with them since it was hatched. Once they built their nest, they pretty much chased that baby away, but yesterday they joined up with it again and the 3 of them were seen together, the first time since she had started sitting on her eggs. So sad that they were lost, they had to be just a week to two from hatching.
