We do not know of a specific facility in southern New York. You might try Gooseneck Hill Sanctuary (New York), ask for Rosemary at 716-942-6835. If she cannot help you, we would recommend that you get the swan to a veterinarian as quickly as possible. It may have gotten too cold, been poisoned, hit by a car or other trauma and the sooner it can be diagnosed, the better its chances of survival. The Regal Swan
