In Response To: Cygnet leg tucked in on the top of its back (Rebecca)

Hi ,
We are holidaying in the Cotswolds in the UK .
We are staying on a lake and it has a male and female adult swan on the lake . They have one young cygnet ( grey )with them and it looks healthy but we noticed that one leg is tucked in on the top of its back .
It doesn't use it for paddling . It stretches it out to the side but not into water.
The other leg does all the work.
Is it ok ? We haven't seen it walk
Concerned
Thanks
Rebecca
