In Response To: Black-neck Swan not waterproof? (Magriet)

Our Black-neck swan is all of a sudden not waterproof. It was in the water but we could see her feathers were all wet and green from algea. She was also shivering. We took her out of the water to dry, she was soaking wet.

What can cause this?

What can we do about it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
