In Response To: Solo Swan (Friday)

For several months now, I've noticed a lone swan in a pond near my home. The pond is a private pond at a rental home but the property is vacant. Is this normal for swans to be solo? I considered buying abother swan to put at the pond, not sure if this is a good idea or not?
