Not sure where you are located in Florida. If you can send the webmaster of this site an email with your location, we will try to get you a name of a veterinarian that knows about birds/swans. This swan is extremely sick and needs veterinary care ASAP. This could be a neurological injury or a poisoning such as botulism, etc. He needs to be placed on antibiotics, an i.v. drip to provide necessary nutrients and fluids, chelation involving charcoal etc. This needs to be done immediately after a full exam and blood panel.
