In Response To: Re: Cygnet foaming at the bill (James)

Hello
the cygnet is about 1 month old. it was rescued because the parents were trying to kill it. i was told she was injured as a result of the father stomping on her so i have 2 of them that were almost killed by the parents. she swims on either side but is getting better slowly. And the foaming had happened only this morning after i took them out of their little pool that i let them swim in every morning. Maybe it was from eating to fast. Idk. I live in the high desert and have lots of ducks geese chickens and turkeys so it didnt really look like just a few bubbles from the nose it actually looked like foam from nose and mouth. But did go away pretty quickly
