A 3 week old mute swan that is blind and we're planning on relocating to a sanctuary now has small white bumps on it's feet. These are visible from both top and bottom and have a slim red ring around them. They don't really look like a pimple but rather that something white is under the skin. Any idea what we might be facing. It has betwen 5 and 20 on each foot and 2 larger ones on it's "knee". As if being blind wasn't bad enough....
