What deworming medicine are you giving the swan? We use an inoculation for parasites, so not sure if you are using an oral or an inoculation medication. Some medications are extremely poisonous to the swans.

You will need to get him to a veterinarian and have the veterinarian contact us for the dosage of a vaccine to prevent Botulism. We have to provide the information to a veterinarian as we cannot release the info to a non-veterinary medical individual. This vaccination needs to be completed on a yearly basis. Glad to know that you made it home with him and hopefully, he will turn out to thoroughly enjoy his new home. The Regal Swan
