Hi Gary:

We're not sure exactly where you can purchase swans in Wisconsin. The closest site we know is Knox Swans in Indiana. However, you should check with your state Fish & Game Commission as you may need a permit to import, possess and maintain swans in Wisconsin. The Regal Swan
