Hi Laurie

Don't worry about the egg. Get her to an avian/waterfowl veterinarian quickly. She needs to be placed on antibiotics, and provided fluids, nourishment and supportive care. Even then she may die but, once birds stop eating it is extremely serious. A B-12 shot should also be given with tube feedings to start her eating again. Please let us know how she progresses.
