Mute swan still sitting since late March on (now) very brown eggs

Question from Victoria, Vancouver island. A mute swan has been nesting near my house for the past few months (since late March)... She still sits on her eggs everyday all day... The eggs are now very brown. Currently there is a bald eagle and a turkey vulture sitting in the tree watching her and her partner and their nest of 8 unhatched (dead?) eggs... Is there any chance those eggs could still hatch?
