In Response To: Swan's reflection in a mirrored window makes swan pluck its feathers (Dianna)

Where I work we have a swan family, one of the adults has been obsessed with its reflection in a mirrored window. He/she is plucking its feathers from its neck and it is starting to look raw. He/she spends most of the day doing this, to me it appears distressed, thinks it is another swan. Should I report this to the building to address or with some one? I am concerned about him/her.
