when veterians pinion a swan, where do they make the cut? Do they cut threw the joint or what? There seems to be no good answer. And can a swan regrow the cut wing part? WE HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD MALE AND HE JUST START FLYING THIS SPRING, any suggestions.
