In a short answer, no. Swan eggs are much more difficult to artificially incubate. The incubation temperature is much higher and the humidity has to be exact. That does not even account for the number of rotations required on a daily basis. This is why most commercial swan breeders will leave it to the swans as this delicate process can result in the eggs rotting and becoming highly explosive. Even if you were to produce a cygnet, most will die in the egg or shortly after from inappropriate temperature and humidity.
