hello again! our 4 cygnets seem to be doing well! what do you recommend we feed them? i have been smashing mazuri waterfowl maintenance to small floating pieces. cracked corn and poultry layer pellets. i also...add a layer of fine starter food(non medicated) i think it is for chickens, etc...
the starter food has been kept dry and safe ...i have had it since last april 2008........is it ok? i also......chop romaine, iceberg and green leaf lettuce daily! is this ok? any other ideas you have would be greatly appreciated! i had read somewhere if we feed the cygnets too much protein that they can develop abnormally!! i do not want this to happen..........is the waterfowl maintenance too much protein content? i think i read 14 % protein........on the bag.
