If the swan is still in the immediate area within an hour, you need to contact a local wildlife rescue facility/wildlife rehabber so that the swan can be captured and examined. If there is something wrong with the swan and it cannot fly or walk, it is susceptible to predation by a wild or domestic animal. At least by capturing the swan, the local wildlife specialists may be able to relocate it to a safer and more adequate habitat. The Regal Swan
