There is one swan down the road in a good size pond and has been there around 2-3 years. It is 24 degrees tonight with winds around 20-25...how does he survive? There is no real protection in this pond..should there be some kind of shelter put out for him? I do not really know the people that have this pond on their property but feel bad for this poor swan.
