Unfortunately, there are no deterrent plants. In fact, many plants can be poisonous to the swans. So, you need to probably find some type of barrier so the swans cannot reach beyond 3-4 inches of their side of the fence. Poultry or bird fencing would work well on the inside of your fence behind your plants. We hope this helps. The Regal Swan
