Hi Clare:

Incubation usually is between 30-40 days from when the last egg was layed. If you know the date of the last egg, you can give or take a few days from the above average and you will see the first cygnet hatch. We have heard and seen most mute swans hatching within the last 2 weeks and this will probably continue until the next 2 weeks. So, something should be occurring in the very near future as long as the eggs are viable. The Regal Swan
