In Response To: Swan stuck in Ice in NH (Kristina)

My Brother lives in the water in NH on the seacoast= there was a swan he was feeding bread to then got stuck in the ice- he called an animal group wildlife to help it and they wrapped it up and took it to an anonymous "lady" that they say will help it. I am worried that they might kill it. I heard NH people do not like swans...why is that? How can I help? This poor helpless swan needs our help! Thanks
