Hi Claire:

You can report the dead swan to the Highway Patrol, Fish & Wildlife Commission, or your local Animal Control agency. As long as the swan is not in the middle of the road, we are not sure if anything would be done. Is the swan a protected species? If so, Fish & Wildlife may need to know. But, otherwise, we are not really sure what can be done. Thanks for letting someone know. It is people like you who care that make us all want to continue to save these beautiful creatures.
