I am looking at purchasing a pair of Australian Black Swans (app 1 yr old). The pen is reported to have some neck issues where she keeps her head low and to one side more than she holds it up. He reports it has not worsened or improved over the last 9 months. He does not think she will breed. Any ideas, and should I purchase this pair...the price reflects her condition, but I'm not sure which direction to go....Jim
