Thank you for the information... that is what we did except my husband used a fishing net to get the dead baby out of the nest so we wouldn't leave our smells on or around the nest or disturb it as little as possible..... i think the reason she hadn't nudged it out of the nest yet was because the wall was pretty high and it was kind of wedged in... the family came back later that evening and all climbed in and settled in for the night and were there again this morning so we must have done it right...
