In Response To: Cygnet not flying (Suzie)

The swans on our pond had three cygnets in May. Two of them have started flying, but one of them has not. Is it common for them to fly at different times? I am beginning to get very concerned as the family is beginning to leave the one cygnet behind when they fly to the other side of the pond.
