The wind is howling and winter coming,we are concerned about a swan down the road in a good size pond. There is no shelter, only some weeds on one side. It is clipped so cannot go anywhere. It is the only swan in this pond. Shouldn't the owners of this land/lake put some knd of shelter for this poor swan? Doesn't it feel the wind/cold/ice? Thanks for your response.
