There are 12 white mute swans in our subdivision and 9 lakes. Four pair have built nests this spring. Because some of the males are aggressive which is normal, I put out Danger signs and run an article in our newsletter.

I would like to post something stating that harassing, injuring, teasing, taunting, throwing things at or messing with their nests is a Felony in Texas but I can't find the law on the Internet.

Do you know where to find the laws pertaining to Texas swans?
