Hi Karen

The parents may have had something happen to them or left for migration without the cygnets. This would be strange, but could happen. In any case, the young birds wI'll not make it through the winter by themselves. Please call your local RSPCA as they will effect a capture and rescue the young birds until the swans can safely be released on their own. The Regal Swan
