In Response To: Dead mute white swan: Concerns about bird flu (Matt)

There is a private 4 acre pond in my back yard . There has been a swan couple on the pond for many years. One died a couple of days ago my neighbor told me . Its in the water and I didn't go over to it yet maybe I'll just see the snapper turtle got it. But my question is before I pull it to shore and bury it: Should I be concerned about bird flu if I don't see any signs of a struggle thank you Matt
