Hi Rhianon

The basin looks safe enough, but the issues are is there enough food for the bird and is there any area that it can get out to dry itself. If either of these are answered by no, then it is imperative that your local RSPCA or Swan Lifeline in Eton be contacted. We would suggest that someone be contacted just to alleviate any problems for the bird. Thanks for caring. The Regal Swan
